If you go to your profile and order history and choose reorder on a recent order to save time the app will often increase the price of the items by some ridiculous amount. This has happened multiple times with me catching it (and no it not just a location cost change). This FEATURE has continued despite multiple updates. I’ve taken screenshots of the app charging over $8 per cheesy roll ups ($1.49 list price at the location on the app).

constantly logs the user out of the account. also forgets all payment methods EVEN WHEN SAVED. none of the rewards stayed after being logged out either. not reliable better to just order in person, it ALWAYS takes the same amount of time.

The app used to work great and now I cannot order through app because it loads and errors out when I make payment, I deleted and reinstalled and still the only app I have that does not process payment anymore.

Every time I go to order something and place the order, it always says uh-oh there was an issue processing your payment. Even when I switched payment methods over and over again. I also have tried restarting the app, uninstalling the app, and restarting my phone. Nothing seems to work and it’s still charges me for the payment.

I would give it a zero if i could cause i got my first order sent to a whole different address and the most confusing and fake sounding phone call i ever had with a “delivery driver” and in all honesty u was extremely hungry so i was counting on that meal

This app is super clunky, frequently logs me out & location isn’t great. I usually order in the drive thru and earn points but the one time I decided to order ahead I didn’t notice it chose a location that was 6 miles away instead of one that was around the corner. Obviously on me for not paying attention but ugh. The rewards aren’t great either-not sure it’s worth the hassle.

The app says that the store doesn’t have a product but it really does. It never lets me order. The app is never correct.

Thats it, the app doesnt work. Tin foil hat time, its taco bell’s way of soft canceling their online exclusives

I order from the app and receive the wrong order and they didnt do anything about it. this is not worth it

Can’t order without agreeing to arbitration. Doesn’t matter if I get food born illness from their or their partners’ apathy. Justice matters.
