Missed the buss a couple of times because of their stupid adds promotions they need to get sued for stealing and plotting on the commute people.

Today you planned the wrong route for me on my way to work. You didn’t show that I needed a transfer to train “C” and because of that I was not able to get to work in time. Shame on you👎😠

I’m not even in Israel and you’re charging my account. What a freaking scam is that

The app is helpful in updating arrival times and alerting you when the bus you want to take is almost at the stop. The real-time stop arrivals are also helpful in allowing you to relax and not worry about missing your stop. The alerts to exit the bus are a bonus, especially when in an unfamiliar line.

I paid their subscription because they advertised to inform live locations of transportations. After I paid the subscription it says the live location is unavailable. I need my money back. They don’t even have customer service contact. Where do I even contact

Here I have installed this app on my new phone and there is no way to sign in to use no it. I have been using this app for years. Many times it fails to give you all the travel options. There is no real way to contact It asks for a nickname but there all takensupport. I’m going to have to use Google Maps because u can’t figure out his to sug. In. Trying to get around the advertising is a challenge. When it works it’s ok but needs improvement
