The esteemed Vault is a pain to use…constantly being asked to re-enter credentials is burdensome.

Great app

I enjoy having my hundreds of passwords accessible on my phone. However, periodically, I am required to again enter my username and long and randomly complex password. Most of the time, my face ID is sufficient. Don’t know why password and 2fa is required periodically, but, of course, it occurs when I need a password *right now*! Bottom line, I have this app on my computer and all ios devices. I have never lost a password, and only once (recently) in many years has the Norton website been down. Update end 2025: Still good, still periodically requiring signin when I need a password on my ipad, iphone, or computer. This requirement has never been explained to me. Still, the reliability of keeping my passwords is great.

This keeps me from running to my password book …. Really helps with Mobil apps I have Norton products for over 25 years and always safe

I’ve been using the manager password function for about 2 months. I’m not impressed. My password auto fill from the extension takes a while to populate and lately I haven’t been able to get into the app. Frustrating! I used to use Dashlane— and their extension was much quicker. I’m still on the fence on whether I’m staying with Norton or not.
