They deleted my account for no reason, no explanation. Now I have 35+ invoices out that I have to track down. Customer service is horrible.

This program makes me work double writing estimates. All of sudden everything is deleted!! An estimated of a big project complete lost! Paying for stuff then I expect things to benefit me.

We have used this app for small books and petty cash status , we believe this year our company will switch to this app as our only ! It has cover all areas we need exceptional for Small businesses !

Invoice2go app is very user friendly & allows me to create quotes or invoices from my phone.

I’d give zero stars if I could. My account was deactivated and deleted with no explanation or violations. There is no phone number to reach out to, only a chat bot, which repeated what the generated email said. I have lost invoices and records. Users beware. This is what happens when AI runs apps and accounts!

I’ve been trying to use this app for the past two weeks. Trying to set up a bank account so I can take payments other than just PayPal, and it just keeps saying over and over again we’ll be right back with your house. We’ll get back to you. We’ll I’m done. I have other apps that are starting to go once done. I will never use your service ever again. I can’t get in touch with anyone. I really had high hopes for you, but your services is annoying just plain all annoying the fact that you keep saying you’re gonna get back to me but You never do.

This app just gets better and better

I have been a loyal user for 10+ years. I got an email saying if I renew, I get to keep my current rate as long as I renew before my subscription runs out. Well they didn’t like that I got my subscription for a nice discount last year so they refuse to honor their email. There only excuse is they didn’t mean to make the email so black and white and they should have included some fine print, which it had none of. Here is the actual email that via cut and paste “Hi there, We wanted to let you know that the price of your Invoice2go plan will increase in 30 days. To maintain your existing rate and plan benefits for another year, you can renew your subscription now before the new pricing goes into effect. Please renew within the next 30 days to lock in your current price and continue running your business.” I warned them I would be posting this online, they didn’t care.

This is a great tool for business. My all time favorite app.
