If you like your account being suddenly closed after years of loyal membership, this is the invoicing software for you. Locked out of my invoices, customer list, outstanding balances, with customer support off for the weekend and no one to help for over 48 hours. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Scammers with no support and no contact info they will bill you for years after you cancel your account. Can’t get rid of these leeches. Would not recommend

We were extremely happy with Invoice2go for our business needs. About 6 weeks ago, we were unable to utilize “projects”. We use “projects” on a monthly basis for client billing and the inability to use has made our day-to-day flow very slow. We’ve called Invoice2go several times to obtain a status update. The person answering the phone denies ongoing details. This is really difficult for our workflow and process. We’re not happy with the IT failures

I use Invoice2go for my landscaping business and it makes creating estimates, invoices, and keeping everything organized so much easier. Simple to use and very convenient. Definitely recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It would be better to have an option for doing itemized billing. Margins for quantities on the left margin for items and margin forprice on the right. Could use a location to store itemized pricing.

I’ve had this app from 2015 its awesome

I used Invoice2go for several years and have really liked the app. It served me very well until now, which makes this especially disappointing. My annual subscription increased from $35.99 to $53.98, essentially a 50% increase. I also discovered that I cannot access receipt receipts for my subscription payments directly from my account and had to contact Support to obtain them. The support representative was helpful, but whether you’re a nonprofit, small business, or any organization, providing customers easy access to receipts for payments should be a basic part of their business. It’s unfortunate because I was very satisfied with the app, but between the significant price increase and the lack of direct access to payment receipts, I’ve decided it’s time to look elsewhere.

PLEASE ADD THE iOS FUNCTIONALITY TO COPY AND PASTE DOLLAR AMOUNTS FROM TAX REPORTS, ETC. I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO COPY AND PASTE FROM INVOICE2GO, INTO OUTSIDE TAX RETURNS, ETC. IF NEEDED.
