    It says I have a account but it will NOT let me down load the app it says put in payment option then says I already have that payment in my wallet I can’t find where I being charged either!!! HELP!!!!!!!

    Downloads pick and choose when to work offline. Sometimes they work, sometimes you have to connect to internet for your downloads to work, which makes no sense.

    Even though my subscription is ad-free, there are promos for STARZ content built into the beginning of movies that I cannot skip. There’s no skip option to highlight and select and when I try to fast-forward, I can’t.

    There is no way to restrict access to an adult profile. You can set up a profile with restrictions for your child, but the child can just change over to your adult profile, no way to lock them out of it. The only way to set parental controls is to set the same controls on all profiles and use your pin to let you, as the adult, watch what you want, every single time you want to watch something more adult than you set the profile for. AND YOUR PIN CAN NEVER BE CHANGED!!! So, if your kid figures out your pin, you can never change it, ever, ever, ever! Customer Support verified this! I told them, my kid knows the pin, I need to change it, the told me sorry, can’t do it, but I can help you cancel the subscription without any refund for the 11 months I haven’t used… What a ridiculous streaming service and a complete joke of parental controls!!!

    I had Starz for about two months then I didn’t want it anymore I had then decided to cancel my subscription. So I canceled it but they KEEP charging me for it when I don’t even use it! When I go into the app it says please reactivate, like really you’re charging me and I “still have to reactivate it” what a joke! I emailed them but they won’t answer me back! Seriously please don’t waste your time and money on this app, all you’ll get out of it is a scam

    I can’t forward the video within the app on my phone without expanding or making the screen smaller. I have to make sure that that 10 times forward is present on the screen. Otherwise it keeps making the screen bigger smaller bigger smaller which is dumb. I can’t close the app or go to another app while I’m watching a show and then when I go back to the app in full screen on my phone, it closes out what I’m watching then I have to go back into that to the contents of what I’m watching to go back to the app and sometimes I need to go back to the show that I’m watching and then sometimes it’ll close out the whole app or it’ll go back to a whole Nother season that I wasn’t even watching!!! then I’m trying to submit my freaking review and two cases where it says optional for a title and then my review I can’t even submit it until I put something in the title so it’s not optional it’s required

    I can’t login it keeps giving me error code 1049 when I try and when I look it up it says I could be connected to a vpn but I’m not I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and it keeps happening and it’s highly upsetting that I cant login to me account
  • Great selection but never picks up where I left off

    This is a review about the app not pricing or the actual streaming service. I can't tell u how many times I have rewatched the same 30 minutes or half to continuously fastforward through an episode only to find out in actually half way through the next episode because it nevers picks up where I left off & then it's hard to find the episodes so I have to open the search click the title to select Mt season & find the episode that I'm actually on. EXTREMELY annoying as this is a rare occasion with other streaming apps.

    The app is good, but when you try to rewind or fast-forward it pauses when you exit the app and go back to it, the video stops. It needs to give more info on the show or movies.

    I signed up for Starz today, and within minutes, I regretted it. This has to be one of the worst streaming service experiences I’ve ever had. Login Issues – After successfully logging in on a web browser, I downloaded the app, only to be told my email or password was wrong—even though I had just used the same credentials to log in online. Password Reset Disaster - I tried resetting my password, and Starz asks for at least six characters—but when I entered a 10-character password, it still told me it was “too short.” Absolutely ridiculous. Verification Code Nonsense - Next, I attempted to reset my email. After waiting for the PIN code, I entered it within a minute, only to be told it was “wrong or expired”—even though it says it’s valid for 20 minutes. Customer Support Nightmare - The bot makes you answer a bunch of pointless questions before finally letting you describe the issue, so what was the point of all those questions? When I finally reached a human agent, she was completely unhelpful. She found my account and asked if I wanted to cancel or change my email. Since I was already speaking to her, I figured I’d just change my email, she then tells me she has requested a team to help me, and it would take a couple of days for them to contact me THROUGH EMAIL 🤣🤣. A couple of days? For a simple email update? Why not say that from the very beginning. So I Paid for What, Exactly? I now have a paid subscription that hasn’t worked from day one, yet I’ve already been charged. No service, no access, and apparently no urgency to fix it. Seems to me that Starz is an absolute waste of time and money. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can’t imagine how they handle actual service issues. Save yourself the headache and go with literally ANY other streaming service.
