Why is a user account required to use a device that I paid for. I simply wanted to have a reading to monitor my ABV but instead I have to give my data away

I bought this product because I did not have to create an account to use it. There is absolutely no reason why I should create an account just to check how much alcohol is in my blood system. By doing this, they basically bricked my device, and reneged on the original terms of the deal. They should be sued for this, and I hope somebody does.

You updated the app and then it required me to log in again. I tried all of my passwords and it took none of them and then locked me out!! I went the entire Christmas holiday without being able to use my device. I emailed customer support days ago and have received no response! You have made my device a brick. Good job.

This will not work with my older device. The prior app worked perfectly. Or is there a way to make it work?

Updated version is way too complicated. Original version was way easier to read and understand.

I’ve used a BACtrack breathalyzer for years to make sure I was free of any alcohol before I operated a vehicle. Today I was forced into a new app by these scum. When I didn’t agree to the EULA, my breathalyzer was locked out and made useless. Absolutely criminal. What a piece of junk. Avoid.

DONT BOTHER DOWNLOADING THIS APP!!! It’s a BS piece of work that crashes within 2 seconds and never goes past the loading screen. The company uses this app to claim it can connect to mobile device, but it’s lying. They shut down the app making it unusable but continue to sell the product with the claim the app is available. I hope they go to prison and drop the soap.

After this update…..Where did the option for friends to blow but it not go into your history? There used to be a friends history. Also none of my months of history transferred, just 2 random dates from August

I used to be able to share my BAC and location with my wife with simple share button. Why is that gone???? Screenshots?!?!? Super sucky.

You used to be able to put in notes on what you drank, how many, alcohol content, etc. They took all that away and on top of it blew away all the data you entered in the past. They’re not improving the product, just making it much worse and just adding pretty backgrounds. What are they thinking?
