Half the time the “View my Card” doesn’t work. Very frustrating.

App is severely lacking in terms of consumer experience. Slow load times, antiquated user interface, and problematic at least once a month. Only thing it does well is tell me how much is in my bank account, but that rarely even works.

It’s not the apps fault, I guess, but the bank transactions are “pending” FOREVER. It’s noon on Monday and nothing from F, S, S still haven’t posted. Using my budgeting app is much more difficult because the transactions don’t upload to it until they’ve cleared. I get that the bank isn’t open at times, but is that necessary for digital transactions??

Every time the App gets an update Face ID gets turned off in settings

Says it’s got zelle but no it doesn’t

After using other online banking platforms this is somewhat cumbersome but useable. Took me a while to find the period character for dollar amount in deposit.

Where is the pay with zelle option??

One of the best and easiest to navigate

Allows me to effortlessly despiser checks and lookup my balance.
