    The ADS ARE TOO MUCH!!!!! I have only had this app on our tv for one day and I’m about to delete it due to the ad option!! I’d gladly pay a little to eliminate them all together, but you don’t even offer that! Plus, you have to choose one of the ad options, and they pop up literally every 3-5 mins!!! Can’t even enjoy a program. Oh and same ridiculous ads too! I’ve read a mass number of other complaints regarding the same thing, but apparently it isn’t a concern.

  • Worthless app doesn’t work

    I downloaded the app on all 3 devices, got message saying my network isn’t working and that I should set my devices to the correct date and time!!! There’s nothing wrong with my devices or my wifi. Wifi works perfectly on all devices and for both paid streaming apps and free apps! I deleted the app and installed it again, two days in a row and still the same stupid pop-up message. There’s nothing wrong with my DirecTv either. Don’t bother with this useless, crappy app!!!!

  • App doesn’t work

    The app only worked for a few days before becoming unusable. Now, every time I try to open the app it states, “We’re having a hard time loading your shows. Check your network connection and make sure your device is set to the current date and time.” I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned my phone off and on, WiFi is fine, and checked my time settings but nothing fixed it.

    Love A&E shows and I’ve been watching on this app for 6 months now because I decided to get rid of Netflix! I hate the adds but I suffer through them because I love my shows! But now, when I try to get on this app, I get a window telling me that I need to check and make sure that the time and date is correct with my network! WHAT? First of all, it is correct and second of all, all of the other apps on my phone work just fine! I enjoyed it for the time being but apparently I’m going to have to use another app because this one isn’t working for me!

    I ALWAYS thought the A&E app was truly one of the greatest to have, especially if you have a TV provider you can link it with to watch FULL episodes! Now the First 48 NEW episodes are locked even with your provider linked?!?! That’s no bueno A&E, almost a deal breaker! Most people watch more episodes on their electronic device rather than TV, what’s really going on?! Please fix!

    I don’t know why it says that I can’t watch shows because it’s not part of my package but if I go to my cable provider I can watch it there.

    Recent update added more commercial and took away the ability to see markings of shows previously watched (ex: First 48 use to have a line under the shows you’ve completed). Now I have to play show first and then remember if I’ve seen it already.
