For the past several updates, the preset previews never load, and always show up as black, so I have no easy way to determine what each of the presets looks like on my photo. Relaunching the app does not resolve the issue, and neither does rebooting my iPhone. Also, exports are now PAINFULLY slow! They were previously pretty fast at exporting photos, but lately it might take up to a minute or longer to export, which is problematic when it comes to exporting several photos.

This app can’t even bulk delete photos

I have used this app for more than 7 years, and loved it for most of that time. Even when the subscription price rises, it was always a no brainer. Until now, the app has gotten so glitchy (worse every month) and there seems to be zero effort to fix it. Now the app is even having a hard time letting me save my photos. For an app that costs at a minimum $40 annually to use, these glitches are unacceptable. Please fix these ASAP.

App doesn’t export and now it doesn’t open- just black screen. Crazy how downhill this app has gone. Charging so much for what feels half baked. Was excited to try it on the duo- which would be a creators dream given the big screen but it doesn’t work!

Fire flames

This has been my favorite photo editing app for years and since I use it almost daily I didn’t even mind paying the monthly subscription cost for all the features until recently. It has become more and more glitchy over the past couple of months. I have to constantly close out the app because photos go blank or will not save without reloading. I’ve had edited photos straight up disappear off the app. Customer support does not help and you can see from the replies to reviews that the developers do not care, they just tell people to open a support ticket that will go nowhere or give them instructions on how to cancel their account. I will be looking for an alternative since it’s impossible to get help or any kind of answers as to what is going on and if it will even be fixed. Very sad to have to do it but I can’t keep paying for an app that is becoming more and more unusable and terrible customer service.

Extended waiting times when contacting via chat - 15 minutes while being connected and no reply. Error was not on my end and after 3 hours, they said “I wish I had better news, thank you for your patience unfortunately…” and didn’t resolve it.

I used to love this app. There were free features and pro features. I started paying for pro when it was $50 a year (I believe) now it’s up to $70 dollars to edit photos. I just think that putting things behind a paywall feels icky, they also have AI features and I just can’t support that. This was created for art and photo sharing, but they have become money hungry and just like every other ai company you only get good stuff behind a paywall. Disappointing.
