Very difficult to use. Never received the confirmation sms. And keeps trying sending a message to report its own mistake but never actually sent it.

I can barely hear anyone because the volume is so low

I was really disappointed in this apps performance particularly with the intrusive adds. Case in point, requested a one time passcode from another app that set a time limit of 60 seconds, opened this app to receive it and what do I get but a full page add followed by another add then followed by yet another. Of course by this time the one time passcode request has timed out requiring a new request. While I didn’t have to go through another set of ads, it took 50 seconds for the one time passcode to appear in the app. I’m sure there are many factors that could cause this delay but I’ve never experienced that much of a delay with any other app. My last point of contention has to do with the apps cost structure. I was truly surprised that the $14.99 annual subscription I purchased did not get rid of ads. It appears I would have to pay another $1.99 per month in order for that to happen. Very disappointing.
