  • COULDN’T WATCH A SINGLE FEVER GAME

    Since I “cut the cord” to cable TV, and I don’t subscribe to Prime Video, Peacock or Paramount+ I thought that subscribing to the WNBA app would still let me see my fave team, Indiana. Boy, was I wrong! The only way I can see them is by waiting until the day after their game and watch the recording. Haven’t been able to see a single one of their games in real time. In fact, most teams are not available on the app in real time. Such a disappointment.

  • This season’s app is not allowing my current league pass

    Argh! I bought a league pass but can’t access games on my phone or iPad . I’ve already tried the whole “delete app and resign in” recommendation a few times but the same thing happens. I can access my account but the app doesn’t recognize that I already have a league pass and asks me to buy one in order to watch a game. This did not happen in previous seasons. I’ve seen many comments online about other fans having the same issue since the season began. It’s time for the league to fix this! This is not going to be good for the WNBA.

    I have a subscription to WNBA league pass. One day the APP decided that the top page was in portrait not landscape and upside down. I contacted the NBA which apparently runs the app. They said to reset my IPAD. Get lost dude. You fix the App. I can't be the only one this happened. Hire some female techs who know what they're doing, not some guy who doesn't care. I also found out that I can watch on my IPAD but on the League Pass on my TV. Bogus. Work on these problems if you want people to watch, easily.

    Problems with the tv interface. Can’t move fwd or backward without going to the live spot or the beginning all over again. Have to re-sign in just about every time I use this on the tv.

    The worst managed app I’ve ever seen. I thought it couldn’t get worse from last year yet it’s so much worse. Bought the subscription and it still won’t let me watch games.

    Newer is not better! Where did the run it back replay of games go? This is an example of, how exactly can we SCREW up a workflow! The opening page is just streams of mindless scrolling! Aaaaaarrrrggg

    Just back to give it 1 star because it still sucks since it was ruined by whomever took it over this season. Whoever developed this app should be embarrassed to put it on their resume. Thanks for taking something that worked and ruining it and I don’t want your ai auto reply. I want you to fix it even though you won’t because greedy you know what.
