Why can’t you click on the team logo at any point to jump to their team page? Trying to find stats for match ups takes way too many clicks compared to other sports apps. The UI and flow needs improvement especially if it’s trying to cram so much design into each section. Looks nice but terrible to navigate.

I love this app and use it 3-4 times a week. I’m having an issue where the sound fades out and in when I cast it to my Samsung smart TV. Not all games do this. I’ve used another smart phone to see if that’s the problem, but the sound drops at the same place in the broadcast. Thanks.

Biggest complaint: that I can’t watch what I paid for- I can’t watch a game because it’s being broadcast somewhere? I PAID to be able to watch. I live out of state from where my team plays.

The latest app update is not user friendly on iPhone. The teams are now listed at the bottom and you’d need to scroll to switch them. The bench/starter grouping change is nice but sliding one group side to side does not slide the other group.

Where did the resume game feature go? I shouldn’t have to remember the exact minute that I paused a game so I can go back to that time to pick up where I left off. The app doesn’t even let you skip through the game to get back to that point. It’s making me not want to use the app anymore. Fix this NOW. Paying $35 for an app that doesn’t even let you resume is crazy

The newest update to the box score has removed the team totals. Please bring that back. Otherwise, I love the app. It’s my go to place to look up stats so not having to totals is disappointing.

There needs to be a feedback section or way to report problems in the app. Anytime I close the app, it logs me out. The next time I go to watch a game and open up the app, I have to log back in. Other users are finding they can’t watch games even if they have a league pass. Well, it’s because the app automatically logs the user out when it closes. There is no “stay signed in” option. This app should not be this far behind in little details like this that create bigger issues for your users. EDIT: Like many other users, league pass is listed as a viewing option under certain games, but it doesn’t indicate if watching it live is an option. From what I understood when I purchased a league pass, is that games listed as “league pass” viewing options are available to watch live, as the game is happening, not afterwards when it’s done and uploaded. This is an issue that no one seems to be able to solve. Basic functionality needs to be a priority.

At first it worked great, but this past week I haven’t been able to check advanced box scores stats vs specific teams. Before I would be able to narrow it down by opponent and check individual stats in each game but now it won’t do it anymore. Makes sport betting research even harder without head to head filter

Aside from the usual complaints by many users, I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app yet again because it suddenly wouldn’t recognize my email address and password combination. I’ve been a subscriber since at least 2015, and I’m thinking this will be the last season. Furthermore, most of the games aren’t even live anymore, and the advertising for this app should honestly say so.
