    When I try to create an account. The already existing bumble account “ports” over but it is stuck on loading profile but nothing happens.

    I’ve met a couple girls on the app. But very hard to plan something people are always flaking or they simply don’t use the app enough to respond back. What is frustrating is I put distance to less than 20 miles and I’m constantly getting people from NYC which I swipe all left to since they’re to far away. Bumble needs to fix the distance to be accurate. People from NY are like 40 miles from me. I would like to meet local girls and there’s almost none around me so I have to travel half way to meet the girls who do respond.

    This would be a great app if it wasn’t pushing me to write an AI generated message every 3 seconds with no option to turn it off. No one asked for this feature. If this app is about making friends why would I want a computer to write my messages - I’d rather write them myself and have people know the real me before we meet. This is an obvious cash grab and it’s gross.

    This isn't necessarily the app's fault, but I've been using this app for over a year and based on my experience, nobody on here just wants to be friends. Literally every person I match with has dating intentions or wants to hook up. I've noticed that many people in open relationships are on this app to find a third. I just want friends, people I can grow close to and hangout with. But 99% of people use this app for dating and s*x.

    I would like the option to choose multiple age groups under kids. My kids don’t all fall under one age group. Also, the option to make friends with other genders. I don’t understand why that’s not an option. Not many profiles in my area. I really don’t see a reason to keep this app, let alone pay for it.

    Unfortunately people can't remove the "Bumble" from "BFF". They just can't disassociate dating from this app. I had my profile mentioning I'm a chaste Christian who leans conservative but is overall centrist, who never drank, had sex or 420 so I'm not here to do those things (I don't want to waste their time and want to weed them out). Then listing my interest/hobbies if they're still here (dog foster, exotic animal owner, overseas aider, videogames, singing, writing, reading, am spanish speaking, latin music, hard rock/metal music etc.). Regular women would not match with me, I only received matches from boss women wanting to use my hair to promote their product or asking me to use my body to model for their brand, men who clearly were not identifying as women or saying "I get along better with women", women with profiles saying they're "exploring their sexuality", "no trumpers", and lgbtqia+ women saying they don't mind how I 'identify' their 'open minded' and I "should give it a try". Don't come here if your attractive or sober; regular women ignore you, when you gripe about your matches others cannot relate and so they blame you or dismiss you, and you'll attract only people who use the app to find a friend with benefits thinking this is regular "Bumble". The people in here are so judgemental because of how you look. I understand women can be catty, but this is not the place if you're just not into normalized modern day progressive body abuse. And if your attractive, no one will hear what you have to say, your judged from your initial photo they swiped on because remember, this is a swiping platform based on your initial photo first and foremost with it being "optional" to scroll down and read your profile. And I understand this review is deemed as prideful of me as this won't be the experience for the visually normal/above average who use their looks to their advantage, sexually active, under the substance abuse generation of users. The fact I have to mention how I look is abhorrent from the start, but when those who are vocal do, why am I blamed and they are deemed innocent?

    The idea is cool and I use it and have premium but it could be way better and more customisable. 1. Deleting chats/ unmatching is buggy and annoying. I want to go to the bottom of my chats to delete the people I’m not talking to for example and every time I unmatch one person it jumps back to the top so it’s super inconvenient and not really possible to easily sort it. 2. Groups/ plans getting put underneath all of my other chats. The reason why I want to delete a lot of chats. This is lame. 3. Likewise plans are not searchable. I should be able to search “walk” “concert” “cafe” “dance” and see results that make sense. I literally never use plans other than the ones I made because I don’t want to scroll through like 500 to see something relevant to me. 4. Then there’s no option to sort by gender or only be visible to a certain gender. Which I understand in 2025 being gender inclusive but I don’t want guy friends at the moment. I don’t want to meet random dudes online and I don’t like all these weird pervs liking my profile. go on bumble for that. So I think it’s important to be able to only see female/male/other for example since this is a friend app and a lot of people especially married people aren’t looking for friends of the opposite gender like this. Give people the choice. 5. Profile personalisation is pretty weak and super BASIC. It would be cool if similar to old timey Facebook you could just type in your interests from a much broader list. Also there could be way more and way better/ more interesting questions. 6. Filtering people that you see with more advance filters. Like I’m sorry my only standards for wanting to talk to people are not only whether they drink, smoke or have kids or are religious. Give me more options. I want to be friends with people in x career path. People who are making music for example. It would be really nice to filter like this from the same profile options rather than it being more limited. Unfortunately all these things lead to you spending tons of time engaging in meaningless texting with people that you will never vibe with. Filtering through all the people is extremely tedious and mentally taxing. It could be way easier. I get wanting people to be open minded and that’s great but let’s be real for a second. Could save everyone a lot of time to search for more alike people. But you want to make money I guess. I would think with a subscription this would be possible though and I have a subscription. Also there should be a spot to put which part of the city you are in because the city is big and I don’t want to like be dealing with having to find out after like tons of texts that they live 40 mins away. Annoying.
