I checked the app for compatibility with my iPhone. The app said yes so I purchased the eSIM. When I arrived in Paris and turned it on I received a message saying it was not compatible to my iPhone. They issued a refund to my account for later use which is not possible and refused a refund to my credit card. Conned into buying it, stuck with a worthless product but … hey … we kept your money … the joke is on you.

I first bought 15-day Unlimited data with a coupon, plans change so I refunded it and got it in credits, I went to buy a new data plan (10-day unlimited data) and it made me choose either purchasing it using coupon OR using your credits (without coupon). why the hell this is the option? First, I can’t get my money back. Second, I need to use the credits to purchase a full-priced 10-day plan that was a discounted rate of 15-day plan. like????? I’m not rich and I gotta handle stuff like this as if you corporations can’t Afford to Lose at all. yall appear to be ‘affordable’ but it still reeks of scam.

I purchased the 15-day Unlimited data plan ($39.99) for work with my iPhone 17 Pro. The problem from the beginning, and after 3 days, countless hours working with the team support. Here are the problems: 1. The network is automatically connected to Vietnamobile, which is known as the worst network in VN. 2. I tried to connect to the Viettel network with the help of tech support. After many attempts that failed, I finally gave up and bought a new sim from Viettel. I am not sure if I get a refund for not being used. Thomas

Just submitted a Trustpilot review. I've travelled to 15+ countries and have never had eSIM issues like this. It stopped working after my second GB. They will not issue me a refund. Use Holafly instead.

After more than one hour with customer service representative I had to cancel Airalo eSIM. It was impossible to make it work in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Please fix it.

Doesn’t work at all in China and can’t get any refund. Do not buy this.

I bought a Saily eSIM plan for use in Mexico City. It rarely worked at all, even with data roaming configured, and when it did work it only provided weak LTE. At one point I was unable to call an Uber because of lack of connectivity in the modern neighborhood Roma Norte. Fortunately I was able to ask someone else to call Uber for me so I wasn’t stranded. Customer service refused to give me a refund because they alleged I’d used too much data (more than 1% of my plan), and they don’t guarantee service. Never again will I purchase an eSIM plan from Saily.

Bought the global plan and when you change from the first city the sim does not work. You have to go on airplane mode and off again to get slow service and then cuts again. Spoke to customer service who really didn’t seem to care. Local sim was fine but now I’m stuck with this eSIM that doesn’t really work and they wouldn’t refund!

Very easy to install. Works well with Waze and text apps. But once I started using it to watch videos, it stopped working. Every time I reset and watched it again, the data would get shut down. Not recommending it.
