Paid $15 for eSIM. I have iPhone 16 so it should have worked. But it couldn’t install, website and FAQ was no help. Asked ChatGPT, and I found out that the phone was locked and it had to be unlocked in order for the eSIM to be installed. Saily NEVER mentioned your phone had to be unlocked beforehand. No idea how nobody else had similar complaints. Then they don’t refund me, only give me $15 in Saily credits. Another greedy company taking advantage of people.

While I wished I had chosen a plan with an eu phone number, this service proved very easy to set up and always fast and reliable in rural and urban Ireland, Italy and Portugal. Would use again.

I tired using another eSIM (Holafly) when I landed in Senegal and it didn’t even work. I downloaded the Saily app and bought my eSIM and it worked instantly.

I used Saily in Australia and New Zealand. It worked perfectly. In Canada, it is horribly slow. I’ve read the support page, gone through the steps, looked for a way to comment to Saily. Therefore , I’m posting a review. SLOW in Canada.

I had no issues day one but after that the service completely stopped working. I was stuck abroad without service as a result.

I tried using a Saily data plan in Australia. Data did not work when I wanted it to however I received a FaceTime call out of all things during my two week trip.

I bought 30 days of unlimited data. I have been unable to get coverage even to pay fees at the Glacier Lagoon. They will not give me even a partial refund so I have to purchase a different eSIM with my own funds. I give them my lowest rating.

Very disappointed hard to make work unsure when it was working would have been better to have bought temp sim when traveling

The process was super simple, especially as someone who has never worked with an eSim or ever been out of the country. However, it doesn’t work. I have service but I don’t receive messages, can’t go online, can’t look at an online map, etc. I was stuck without a way to look up directions or call someone for help. Luckily I was able to activate my original sim to get help. To me, totally not worth it.

I use the service once in Canada and I went fine. I used it in France and I got charged $90 by my carrier. I could see that Saily was being used since the data was going down. Unfortunately, there’s no way to know FOR SURE that it’s working right until you get the bill and then there’s no way to backtrack and get a refund. Saily will just tell you that you must’ve had a setting wrong. And your Carrie will tell you that you should’ve done something else. I work in technology. I’m familiar with apps. If I can’t get it to work, then I’d say good luck to everyone else.
