Why should we have to pay

It was supposed to only charge me 14.99 but after they charge me that in top of that, then they’re charging me one more time 15.99 so I got charged twice. I just wanna cancel my subscription.

They took my money but they didn’t give me access to the account

I paid for a week it’s only been 4 days now I have to pay again I want my money back

This app is a complete billing nightmare. I was overcharged month after month and had to repeatedly contact customer support just to stop being incorrectly billed. Every single time, I was promised they would “comp” the subscription by pausing charges for a month — and every single time, that was a lie. The charges never stopped and I continued to be billed anyway. It’s exhausting having to chase a company to fix the same issue over and over while they keep taking your money. This feels deceptive and borderline predatory. Until they fix their subscription practices and stop ignoring their own promises, I strongly do not recommend this app.

Can’t get a hold of anyone signed up for one$8.49 unlimited, it was not unlimited they charged me 1499 the exact same time 1599

When you sign up they make it seem like you get unlimited access but that’s not the case.. each episode is a certain number of coins (which you only get so many when you sign up) and you accumulate a small amount each day, enough to watch like 2 episodes. Waste of money.

I like what I have seen of the acting. The subscription service is the worst I've ever experienced and it is 30$ wasted overnight on one show and a few episodes of another. Totally not worth it when I thought I would be getting unlimited viewing. Save your money and use another app.
