Useless app nothing there , i just signed in and show your friends . (No epic store ) just your account information that’s it.

Completely useless. After going through all the trouble of logging into the app. Once you’re finally in, it’s just a chatting system. NO EPIC STORE. This app DOES NOT connect to the epic game store. I’m away from home at the moment and wanted to take advantage of the free epic game. I can’t purchase it now because this app is USELESS it doesn’t connect to the store AT ALL. Who uses epic chat anyway??? Just message your friend on discord like everyone else, or even steam!!

Can't even claim games on it

Every time I try to login on epic games I press the login button but every time it won’t load and I’ve tried everything

So epic just has a chat program? And an option for 2FA? Why wouldn’t it connect to the store, so you can buy games? Even if you can’t play them on mobile, you’d be able to purchase and then download on your computer later so you can take advantage of last minute deals or get the free games activated while out of town. Steam has that capability. This app seems pointless. So you can chat while playing fortnight??? Dumb. Oh, the store app is only for the EU????? Why????? Garbage

Logging into the app shouldn’t ask you to use the app to authenticate. It’s impossible.

Would be nice to see what’s in the store, especially free games etc. I would like to be able to buy a game on phone then download on pc.

this app sucks so bad i’ve been trying to redeem my gift card for 3 hours now and it keeps making me sign in over and over
