  • Different photos different results

    I used this app with a few different photos all with minimal/no makeup and all with similar natural light and got different results everytime. I’m quite positive I’m a soft autumn and I got warm spring and cool summer. Don’t waste your money.

  • Lots of errors

    I’ve tried with a few pictures and every time it gave me different incorrect results. I also tried pictures of other people whose color season I know and their results were wrong, too. The rest of the time it spits back error messages.

    In the first few tries, it worked, but then shortly after every time that I would upload a picture, it would say upload error.

    I actually got my color analysis professionally done awhile back and spent hundreds of dollars to do so! I was curious to see if this app actually worked so I tried it out & sure enough.. the results were IDENTICAL! Soft Autumn. Wish I had known about this sooner, would have saved me a lot of money!!

    It can only give you an analysis based on the color you are in a picture, so the colors can change depending on the lighting. Unfortunately it will never be representing your true color in real life. I tried a few different pics and they all returned different colors. If you want your true color analysis then just pay for it in real life.

    No matter what it types me as a spring or autumn. I am cool toned. This app is unfortunately a waste of money. Wish i could get a refund.

    Needless to say I am obsessed with this app. The tik tok features just were not doing it for me, and I was about to give up on color analysis until I found Palette. If you’re looking to improve your color theory, this is the best app in the market. 5 stars!!!
