I would give zero stars if I could. They offer a “6-day free trial” then send an email saying the trial is for 1-day and then they charge you an ANNUAL CHARGE for each different module within the app. - which they don’t tell you and you don’t know until the charges start racking up for $19.99, $39.99, $69.99, etc. I was charged almost $100 for three generic renderings through the furniture module. It didn’t even work - it placed furniture in front of doors, etc. The agreement says purchasers are entitled to a money-back guarantee if they cancel within 14-days but not if they cancel for not liking the product or for mistakenly signing up or not realizing they would be charged as they were. SCAM! I will be seeking my money back through my credit card company. Avoid at all costs. Apple should remove them from the platform. They are not trustworthy.

Creates generic plans. My kitchen is U shaped and it is keeps creating L shaped results. It forces me to crop by picture so it misses my walls. It should factor size of kitchen to determine how many cabinets should be there. If you know where your sink, stove and refrigerator are going, then should be able to specify that and it should design around that. This is no better than looking at pictures on Pinterest. Definitely not AI.

I was looking for a free AP to help redesign a room in my home. This was suggested in my search for one. I was contacted by my. And asking if I attempted a charge to casavista I know have at least 7 different emails from casavista with multiple different dates and charge amounts that will be taken from my bank. RUN!!! And no way to contact or cancel so I have to get a new bank card

I had every intention of trying it and cancelling it the same day. It was a bad product, the imagery it suggested was not real furniture or practical suggestions. You have to go to the www.casavista.com to cancel. You will have to cancel FOUR separate subscriptions that it auto signs you up for. I was charged $19.98 for the “furniture search” and had to report fraud with my bank. It did confirm I cancelled in the web browser after I submitted cancellation.

Zero stars! The app recreates nothing like your room layout and they charged my card on the 2nd day of a 3 day trial. I emailed them and asked them to unsubscribe me. They responded by saying they did because on the 4th day they tried to charge $35 7 times but the bank detected fraud. I had to block my card. It’s so frustrating to have to do that. They are literal scammers and should not be allowed on Apple app at all for Apple’s customers to allow scamming. Shut them down!

If I could I’ve it 0 stars I would. This app has shady billing practices. It advertises a 7-day free trial followed by $1.25 per week. That is the only pricing shown. I signed up based on that. Despite this, I was charged almost $100 within the first THREE DAYS, during the supposed free trial. There were no disclosures of any upfront fees, add-ons, or one-time purchases anywhere. That alone is unacceptable. What makes it worse is that there is no clear or functional way to unsubscribe, customer support deliberately stalls instead of refunding, they repeatedly claimed they “couldn’t find my account” while cancelling it and emailing me about the cancellation, I keep getting asked for the same information over and over as a delay tactic This is simply predatory billing. A “free trial” that charges you immediately without disclosure is misleading at best and theft at worst. If you value your money, do not install this app. Once they have your card info, there’s no telling how much or how frequent they will take from your account. I had to remove my card from ApplePay so they couldn’t keep charging it. Two weeks and multiple follow ups later, they have cancelled my subscription but are still not acknowledging my refund request for the unauthorized charges. Seems like there is no interest on their end in refunding me. They need to be removed from the AppStore.

Don’t waste your money. It doesn’t work. It ill just generate random rooms that doesn’t even come close to the room or space you’re trying to work on

I really wanted to love this app but i absolutely hate it and wish I could get a refund. It’s difficult to use, everything is hidden behind extra costs, even after you pay the monthly fee, and the results are terrible
