In the event that you acquire Total AV alongside other services and subsequently request a refund, be prepared for the company to potentially require the installation of a specialized application and remote access to your computer for a refund, in addition to collecting information about your bank account.

Don’t buy it. I paid $19 for one year, downloaded the app, and there is no way to create an account and log in. I tried everything and wasted a lot of time. Plus there is no way to get help from TotalVPN. And there’s no way to cancel and get a refund.

Impossible to navigate no help section, try to sell you another feature.

It took a little while, but I figured it out.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. Apple needs to kick this app out of here. I used Apple Pay to buy the vpn for around 20 dollars. After downloading the app this company hit me with back to back to back to back pop ups and somehow, without my permission, charged my Apple account two more times for 38.98 and 38.96? Seems a little odd that Apple Pay allowed these charges without the 2 factor authorization. Stick with the well known companies, this one will steal your money.
