Description

The Seven Minute Workout app guides you with animations and audio cues through a set of 12 quick but intense exercises. Each exercise takes 30 seconds and trains a specific muscle group. The 10 seconds resting period between the exercises and carefully selected order of the exercises make sure that muscle groups can relax while another muscle group is being exercised. These 12 exercises using nothing but your own body and a chair helps you stay healthy and fit. Keep doing the 7 minute workout regularly and you will start feeling healthier and fitter in no time!

    This app is great if you don’t have a lot of time in your routine, but you need to work up a bit of a sweat. I’m using it to get back into shape, but after some joint and bone issues, I’m doing some toned down versions of the exercises. For instance, I’m doing side-to-side low impact jumping jacks in place of regular jumping jacks. I’m still able to get my heart rate up and get a little perspiration going. I think you can improvise and do as low or high impact as you want. There is a handy timer in between each exercise so you can get ready for the next. Well done!

    Quick and to the point! We’ll just have to see if it it gives results. Either way it’s more of a workout than I’ve had for months!!! My heart is pumping! LOL

    Unlike some other 7 minute apps, this one shows the forms of all of the exercises. No fuss at all, definitely recommend if you want to add a daily workout that involves very little of your time.

    Awesome I used to teach aerobics. I’m 56 and haven’t exercised in 3 years due to bad back. It kicked my butt but eventually I’ll kick it’s butt. Very good enticement to get exercising again. Thank you.

    Does the job but lacks a few things. I love the design but if I'm down on the floor I can't see what's next (I'd like voice). I also can't pause it.

    I have several applications of this style, but this is the best! Besides being small, has animated instructions and ability to "jump" exercise.
