Followed your crash policy EXACTLY- still lost everything

I’ve been playing this game for a little over a year, but over the past few months it has become nearly unplayable due to constant bugs. The game frequently glitches and freezes to the point where I can’t tap the screen, and when this happens I lose all the tickets, boosters, and coins I used.
I normally don’t mind when a game crashes—glitches happen, and I understand that. What’s frustrating is that this app never responds properly or provides fair compensation. Not only do they fail to return what’s lost, but they also don’t give enough tickets to even play another full game afterward. If this were a one-time issue and the app fairly compensated players so they could continue playing, I wouldn’t even consider writing this review.
Instead, this has happened repeatedly. From what I have documented, I’ve lost well over 7,800 tickets, 500+ coins, and 25+ boosters—and realistically, the total loss is probably closer to 14,000 tickets at this point. Beyond losing those resources, the crashes also cause me to miss out on side games and bonus rewards that are time-limited, meaning I lose entire opportunities to play and earn rewards—not just tickets.
I’ve read other reviews and seen the app’s responses stating that “compensation is usually sent automatically after a crash. If nothing appears, please reach out through the in-game help center so the team can look into your lost tickets and restore them.” I have done exactly that. I contact support immediately after each crash and provide proof every time. Despite following their instructions completely, I’ve received no compensation and no real response for months. When I do hear back, it’s never a message saying they’ve actually looked into the issue—it’s an automatic response sent immediately after I submit my complaint, asking me to rate their quality of service. I consistently rate it 1 star, because not a single ticket, booster, or coin has ever been returned, and I’ve never once received a response from an actual person.
Customer support’s actions do not match what they publicly claim will happen if users follow their process. Losing this many in-game resources—and opportunities to play—without accountability or resolution is unacceptable.
Very disappointing experience overall. Do not download if you don’t want to risk being scammed.
