The issue of connection is the matter at hand. I have never had this happen to me especially not just hours before reset. I have spent money on this game just to be pressured to spent more to gain back what I have already worked hard for. Over 4 months straight of logging in day after day without missing a beat. Just to deal with something like this. I will not be spending any more money on this game, I will also share my experience with other players in forums and gaming communities. I lost a total of 18,392 t-10 troops to give you an idea of what I’m dealing with.

The AI app ads show a gorgeously imagined Studio Ghibli anime world of comfy survival vans that, yes, DO look like what would happen if Hayao Miyazaki ever did an adaptation of The Walking Dead…And if Ghibli ever makes that game someday, I’ll play it. What we get here, though, is a routine retheming of Whiteout Survival, moved to a zombie setting—Good for building camps and communities, but that’s it. I’d have maybe played that game too, if my tastes hadn’t been raised for something else.

I lost access to my account because my phone broke. Support has not been helpful. Spent a lot of time and money to build the account and I feel like it was for nothing

Need to be able to upgrade surrounding fence around camp. Like gate from the nightmares.

Don’t get into this game. It’s fun, graphics are cute, and you’ll meet friends. Maybe splurge and spend a little money….and rich kids who buy everything and become super powerful will begin to bully the server you’re on and you will loose everything. Devs need to care more about this game and put a stop to it. Don’t waste your time here. 12/26/25 update…forget what I said about cute graphics. They have now used AI to over sexualize & infantilize the characters. Gross.

Game is nothing like it’s advertised. Gaming like Kingshot but with more missions there’s nothing like it’s advertisement do not recommend.
