Paid for annual subscription to July 30 2026 and I am not receiving access to dramas

You can’t finish watching without closing the app and recoding to push up the next video. Not to mention that I can no longer watch adds to watch the next video.

Paid for a subscription to eliminate the ads and still had ads between every episode.

With some dramas on the app, it’ll move on to the next episode and ask to watch ads to unlock like normal, but on some of them it appears like it gets stuck on whatever last episode was viewing without offering to move to next one with ads. Should look into updating app again for possible glitches.

Was charged for a weekly subscription when I cancelled it in plenty of time. Plus my automatic on payment is not even working because I turned if off when I cancelled. Not very happy customer!
