Nice app. Only suggestion would be for Apple to rotate with iPad orientation changes

I downloaded and attempted a simple question: Bupivacaine dose for infant spinal for circumcision. Twenty search results with wide ranging content, question not answered. The previous 38 glowing reviews clearly did not pay for this app. Does not function as advertised
