First bought the weekly pass then was told that to make 1 video I had to buy stars for another 10$

You pay for the app then you have to buy “coins” to use it…..

Bought the app paid a yearly fee. Once inside the app they then want to charge you for each video you make AFTER you pay an annual fee. None of this is disclosed prior to the annual fee purchase. I literally canceled 10 minutes after I purchased and they refuse to refund. I WILL refute the charge with my bank. Not only is the billing method a bit shady IMO the refusal to refund speaks volumes about the app and the company. DO NOT BUY

These apps are horrific no easy way to cancel Prescription. They make it so hard.

You need to pay to use the program but then you need to buy coins as well. If the video doesn’t come out as you had hoped, you’re SOL. Garbage.

Don’t be fooled. Please SAVE your money. They said I should contact support in their app for a refund. But nothing happened. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. This developer is not honest at all. Shame on APPLE for having this on their platform!

Seemed like a fair price to get the subscription but then you have to buy credits after that to do anything. For doing a video it wanted the equivalent of 30 bucks. Thats ridiculous. Plenty of other ones out there that won’t try and rob you.

I looked to make a simple Happy New Year Video. I’m not a pro but I know how to write a detailed prompt to get results. First there is NO TRIAL so I was charged $69.99 for the annual subscription. Okay. No problem if it works. It DID NOT! A simple prompt yielded a messy New Years 2026 4-sec video. Also beware of their”coin” allocation. They give you 2000 coins but most renderings start at 2500. So you have to purchase more coins on top of your annual subscription. In five minutes after downloading this I knew I wanted to CANCEL. BUT THEY DO NOT MAKE THAT PROCESS CLEAR EITHER.
