I cannot get into the app stop asking me to pay if its free dint come asking me to pay.

So I downloaded this app because I saw the tik toks on it and thought it was funny and wanted to give it a shot. I proceeded to do the free 3 day trial and after its $20 . I wasn’t that impressed first day so I wanted to cancel the subscription. The subscription did not register under my subscriptions list that Apple has on my account so I thought maybe it didn’t go through and so I deleted the app. However, 3 days later I got charged and I’m like okay maybe I’m partly to blame because I didn’t do a full investigation but when I got back on the app I tried to find my subscription but couldn’t and it told me I didn’t have a subscription on the account I had. So how did I get charged ? And why I can’t even cancel it if I did because it’s telling me I don’t have a subscription? So I had to call my bank and explain this and block them from charging my card. Please have a SIMPLE way of cancelling subscription or at least have a customer service to get this dealt with. Thank you.

I literally couldn’t get based the subscriptions I pressed the X and it took me to another screen for other subscriptions it didn’t even have an X or anything

This apps trial is a big scam, once you start the trail theirs no way to cancel it you can’t even find it on your subscriptions

Why make the app free to download if you’re not gonna be able to use it AT ALL without paying. Feels malicious. I’d rather spend my money on honesty. Wasted my time and collected my info just to paywall me.

I just wish they would talk in my language more instead of the one I’m trying to learn

I have a feeling the app could’ve been good if it would let me actually use it. I tried for 10 minutes trying to just get to the Home Screen of the app but I couldn’t even finish setting up my account because it kept trying to get me to get the subscription or free trial. Which I find a bit expensive for the fact that this is a ai based app and shouldn’t ask for that much from me when I could quite literally go over to Google Translate, which is FREE and use that instead of paying this app.
