This app is hard to use and promotes you to waste credits so you have to buy more, and there is no free trial. The video quality is good, and the materials are funny, but the app interface repeatedly misunderstand or ignore prompting even after specifically addressing what it needs to correct in repeated attempts. I would not recommend this app.

This is the worst AI video app I have ever paid for. I subscribed for $9.99, received 65 credits, and used them to generate just two videos. Both were completely unusable.
The AI generated videos with unreadable, nonsensical text instead of actual words. It completely failed to follow the prompt and produced results that were worthless.
What is even more unacceptable is that the app still deducted my credits despite the AI completely failing. There is no option to reject a failed generation, no quality review, no way to regenerate without paying again, and no protection whatsoever for paying customers. You lose your credits whether the AI succeeds or fails.
Even worse, I could not find any meaningful customer support or refund process to resolve the issue.
I will be disputing this charge with my bank and filing formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection and regulatory authorities, including the Florida Attorney General’s Office, Consumer Protection Division, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and Apple. In my opinion, charging customers for AI generations that are objectively unusable while providing no practical mechanism to dispute failed generations or recover paid credits is an unfair business practice.
Save your money. There are far better AI video generators that actually work, produce readable results, and don’t charge customers for broken AI outputs.
