Needs improvement in efficiency

Cons:
When I press “start my time”, the app should just accept it… regardless of whether or not I have a good cell signal/ internet.
Hint: you can update the system once I DO have cell service!
—-> otherwise, this app makes it look like I never started my time or that I was severely LATE.
Pros:
They finally accept photo uploads without cell service… so I don’t have to babysit the job by coming back to it Just to upload the photos that previously wouldn’t upload.

I have used several invoicing platforms for my business and Housecall by far has done the most for my small business!

Unacceptable services

We cannot fathom the absolute lack of services and respect to our business with this company. They have had issues with payments and this last one really did it. Lost us a high paying client for one job over $60k and it was all thanks to the constant issue with payment not going through and client loosing their faith in our services. We DO NOT RECOMMEND this company for any company out there trying to provide true services and high expectations to their business or customers. TRULY DISSATISFIED.

When I initially started using Housecall Pro as a service technician it was convenient Being able to see my entire schedule for the day. About two months ago After an update, That is no longer an option. I am only able to see the current task at hand. I would speculate that the logic behind this is so that way employees are not worrying about their schedule for the day, and can focus on their current task. Completely unnecessary. 1 star
Poor customer service

So far house call bro has cost me about 10-15k in jobs not only that they got me fired from a job with out pay by charging a card twice but was took back off the card but then caused customer to report fraud to bank which made house call pro revoke my right to process cards
