    You must pay your employees by the number of keystrokes that they make us do out in the field. You’re supposed to be helping us do our job quicker and faster and every time you do an upgrade, I end up with more key strokes to achieve the same ending. Now you have done something to the voice to text so that every time you fill a line out, you have to re-hit the voice to text button instead of just being able to hit it once and go down and fill out every line all the way down through it just eats up more time in my day, which is counterproductive

    Losing weeks worth of data at a time and have to go back in and retype invoice and description of work performed. Not ideal whatsoever. App up to date and phone up to date w software. It isn’t the first time either. Last time we lost weeks of information.

    This app is now my favorite we tried to go over to ServiceTitan sorry to inform however the help was extremely complicated to use the whole team had to relearn a whole new graphic use in a face that was extremely complicated seemingly unnecessarily I would never betray housecall Pro again

    Tried the online answering service. Absolute waste of money. They can’t even tell a customer a price, so no one would book when I tried the service
