Great app, big gripes

Great app overall but WHY ARE ALL THE READINGS IN A TINY DIALOG BOX? Very disruptive because I have to keep scrolling to read. It’s too easy to just tap on a random corner and lose your reading progress.
The sectioned look for each module is good too but a drop-down menu would help since I have to scroll a lot every time without it. Everything mentioned is for the Ipad, will change the review if anything is addressed.
Double charge within 10 minutes

I agree to $19.99 for the program . 10 minutes after a second charge came in for $69.99 I did not agree to it. I am trying to get it resolved. I dislike when someone is trying to be sneaky or scam me. Not sure what happened here I have yet to figured it out. It appears that an option is offer to add unlimited tools for the class .i hit skip twice and it wouldn’t skip so I press it, but it never mention that the cost was $69.99 it appears that they will not help you or understand that a mistake was done because not enough information was presented. They are saying that they will offer 50% discount of the $69.99 they were offering me 4 more weeks in exchange for the $69.99. Taking me as if I am stupid when I know there regular monthly is less then that.

Dont trust them. They double charged me $424.34 and claimed it never happened. Now i have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Their customer service is USELESS!!
No appeal whatsoever.

Coursera was nice in the past, but greed ruined it. The whole appeal was taking classes for free. Cannot do that any longer. I won’t be back.

"I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s billing and support. On Dec 31st 2025, I was charged for the entire month of January 2026. I cancelled my subscription that same day and requested a refund for the upcoming month, as I no longer wanted the service. Not only did they refuse the refund, but the support staff was dismissive—telling me to just 'enjoy' the service for a month I had already cancelled. It's incredibly unprofessional to force a customer to pay for a future month they’ve explicitly opted out of."
