    Hi, game is good but when capturing a beacon it seems as though other team hacks the connection. Every player freezes at a standstill except me. When I land on beacon the connection comes back on and opposing team has already destroyed me and wins the match. This has been happening already for a week. Hey, can you make players of a team to transform into a giant colossus with special robots that have that ability?

    How the heck did a simple 10th anniversary update on ios platform 2 weeks ago send me back to the start of the game with a different id #? The response I get is. Oh, you must be on your other account or they say. Simple just go into Game Center and press on your other account. My response is, To make this simple, I never had 2 accounts before. I know it’s there in Game Center because it shows almost 5GB of data from war robot app. But, I can’t get the old account out! Any other time the support always resolved a issue within 48hrs and closed reports. This report is still open I believe it’s been 17 days now. The worse part is I’m disabled and I played this game several hrs a day, 7 days a week since I downloaded game in January or early February 2016. Also spent thousands of dollars and I’m losing my mind with anxiety every minute until they get my original account back!

    What’s going on with the Duel mode? It seems to be crashing out. Freezes the iOS device for longer than 60 seconds.

    I have been playing this game for about three years now I truly believe it is one of the best games out there. It’s fun challenging. They continually update it. The graphics are amazing. Good job to all of you who program and write this game at night before I go to bed, I played for about 15 to 20 minutes. It truly helps me to unwind.

  • Customer lack of service… No rewards for video

    I have emailed customer service over 30 times with regards to 30 individual problems related to watching the video and expecting to have some type of reward whether it be a four hour reduction in a build or something in the black market etc. Here is an example of the response I get… We're sorry that you've encountered some technical issues during gameplay. A reply will be provided as soon as possible by an available agent. Please describe the issue you've encountered in as much detail as possible in case you haven't done it yet. The following information would be greatly appreciated: — actions that cause the issue to occur/circumstances under which it presents itself; — information about parts of the game the issue present itself in, and/or the name of the item/map/mode it seems to affect; — frequency of occurrence; — screenshots or a gameplay recording that would show what exactly happens when the issue occurs. This information will be helpful to our agents and developers. And then they close my thread with no resolution.

    So much cheating awful customer support. Nothing good about game. Lots of glitches probably from all hacking and cheaters can’t recommend strong enough to not get this game

    War robots is a really good game and has potential to be be better. But the devs are really running this game its extremely pay to win. You cannot get a good hanger without spending money
