They don’t even have loads for cargo vans so why accept them and waste money if u dnt supply them?

When I can get this app to work, it’s actually pretty good. The problem is that it ALWAYS logs me out and more than 90% of the time, when I try to log back in, I get that “something went wrong” message and the app is unusable for however long it takes to let me log back in. Sometimes it takes days, sometimes hours. All I know is, whenever you depend on this app for a living, it’s not worth the time or money because of how often it malfunctions. It seems like it is out of service more than it works. I pay good money for this thing and it hardly ever works for me.

This is too much bad app as they never gave you the option to unsubscribe and harass you more. Never setup auto payment with this app. I recommend that never download this app for loads to much bad app.

1000X better than DAT or Truckstop! I had an after hours load and found multiple owner operators who now are regular carriers. DAT and Truckstop better watch out, 123 is gaining ground. I told my compliance manager to scrip Truckstop!

Horrible customer service , horrible billing, be cautious. Cancel do not fall for the “ oh we will give you a month free” . They used to have it where you canceled by phone but now you have to call then they email you , then go through 5 more steps to cancel, very thin line to scam in my opinion.
