    They let me make the account then waited until I put mojey on to request I verify who I am. The verification did not work and I called to figure it out and after 2 HOURS I was told the issue was fixed however, I had to wait a while to try again since the system locked me out for a while due to too many attempts. Fast forward a few hours I try again and the system tells me it can’t verify my ID due to the reason i was told was fixed. Wasted 4 hours on this. Not sure why they waited until AFTER I put money on the account to decide to verify me, which had me put funds on there under a false pretense. Bad support is all outsourced and cannot do much.

    Your business is so gigantic you are feeding off of the unsuspecting victims of beginner, retail, investors, and cryptocurrency. You oughta be ashamed of yourself and to make amends for this you should award everybody .2 bitcoin who uses your app for longer than a year. You should hire United States speaking representatives so they can better understand people whenever they’re in the support. Mr. Armstrong and Fred Ehrsam. You need to do better.

  • Do automatic coins upgrades for customers

    This app has the most lazy team that is not willing to help customers . Sometimes the coins go through address switch/upgrades but Coinbase is unwilling to automatically upgrade coins address for customers like other apps thus leaving customers with useless coins . This has happened to me multiple times over the years and it seems like every time I don’t get any help . I think this is why we need some kinda regulation in the crypto market sadly to say . Change you act Coinbase

    This has got to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in Crypto. Their customer support is absolutely abysmal, to call it customer support is beyond generous. Go take a look on their sub Reddit and you can see a glimpse of all the other people who’s accounts get restricted for no reason, stuck in endless cycles of cases being opened and closed without resolutions, only to be redirected back to chat support and repeat the process all over again.

    These scammers will kill you with fees and when you try to withdrawal your money they will delay the instant withdrawal process….which we have to pay $3 for as well. If you put in $200, you will end up paying $25 in fees plus your losses…..and there will be losses. Poor people get hit the worst.
