    When I try to use the app at the drive thrus the code disappears after they enter it and then it says I redeemed it already when I obviously didn’t. I love waiting 15 minutes to try again that’s really spectacular.

    Billion dollar company yet can’t seem to get a decent app made. If you make an account, you can’t change your email address afterwards. Customer service can’t even do it. Half the time you don’t get a receipt emailed back to you and the restaurant won’t be any help there because you did a mobile order. Worst yet is now I can’t even make an account using my email address because the app says the address is invalid. Customer service is absolutely no help. I made a ticket saying all the steps I took to remedy the problem and sent screenshots of the whole process. The only response I got was make sure you type in the emails address correctly. I sent screenshots! You can see it’s typed correctly in the screenshots. The email is obviously valid because I emailed you from that address to try to fix the problem. Then, even if you follow all of their steps, they will say they need to escalate it to the tech department which doesn’t happen. Eventually, an entirely different customer service rep will make a new ticket telling me to do the same dumb, basic troubleshooting steps again. Rinse, repeat. Garbage app.

    Got one of there deals at there location on they app and it put my pickup order for another location and it can’t be cancelled by McDonald’s if you call and emailing doesn’t work gives error page !!
