  • Rewards points were lost due to an ap update

    They never gave me my rewards points back when the ap updated. I had enough for a free sandwich I think then they zeroed me out. I contacted them via email and asked them for my points back and got a canned reply.

  • Latest update is atrocious

    The latest update to the app is so awful it’s nearly impossible to navigate the app. Favorite items are gone, if the app crashes while you have items in your cart they get locked in. You can’t reorder recent items, as in if you click reorder the cart shows up blank with the amount at the bottom, but if you check out the items aren’t actually there. Then if you open a coupon to use but the app crashes before you use the coupon then you get locked out of that coupon and you can’t use any others for 15min.

    Always when i use a deal, i have wait 15 min to use another deal. But the problem is when i tried using a deal on the kiosk machines, it did not work. So i went to the cashier and tried buying it there, but then it said you have to wait 15 min to use another deal. This is really annoying. You guys should change it to 5 min!

    The app has turned every coupon or deal into a 1500 point cheeseburger reward and now nothing works

    The app has gotten worse due to the addition of frequent pop-ups that aggravates the user experience. Previous iterations were much better and allowed for faster and more accurate ordering. Simplify! Simplify!
