After using Qobuz for a month now I generally like it and plan to stick with it at least for a while and hope that they fix/add some things. Pros: I listen to a wide range of music and a lot of obscure stuff and find the catalogue to be quite good. The Soundiiz playlist transfer was great. Easy to use and worked pretty well. Not flawless but good enough for me. The enhanced audio quality is nice The increased payout to artists vs other platforms is good Cons: There is no concerts near me feature. I used this a lot in Spotify to find shows. There are no lyrics. Playlists always revert back to custom order rather than the order I set them to. The complete your playlist recommendations don’t align with the style of the songs in the playlist. I would be willing to pay a little extra for these missing features and hope they get added in the future.

The sound is great but the UI can be a bit frustrating. The most egregious is that there's not a shuffle button for artists. There's no reason that I need to make a playlist in order listen to an artists discography little fixes like that will go a long way

i want to switch, and i will pay for qobuz if 1) the lag is fixed and 2) this review is replied to with a real response and not a bot or auto reply

I downloaded the app to boycott Spotify but when I tried to transfer my music library from Spotify it wouldn't let me. I put my email and password correctly but it continued to show invalid password I even copied and paste once same thing. Worst app to try to transfer music libraries to.

Recently switched and SUCH an upgrade from spotify

Playback stops so frequently and app freezes. Restart required to get the app to respond after crash. So disappointing

Really loving the app, especially how they suggest music I would actually listen to, and haven't heard before. My main gripe is the lack of lyrics, it's the only thing I miss from my old streaming service

I really want this to work as an alternative to the music app that shall not be named, but a few very obvious flaws make that impossible for now. The good? Sound quality is amazing. The limited selection is expected for a growing platform, though the holes in my music are painful. And I can live without the algorithm’s genre-specific playlists based on my taste profile from other platforms IF i can create an alternative, but Qobuz just can’t pull it off yet. Playlists are strictly limited to an absurdly low 2k songs, and worst of all randomizing the playback will only pull from the first 50 or so songs and completely ignore later songs, even when the playlist is fully downloaded. I hold out hope that maybe the developers can solve these problems, but if not I’ll need to switch back to another platform.
