    Hello, I purchased this app 10 minutes ago and it does not add anything of use to my work. I liked the infographic for PPT but the rest does not add value. I’d like to stick to my original purchase and get a refund here. Could you please let me know who to contact for this? Best regards

    You can download the app for free, but there are no free templates, especially for very basic thing like “flowchart”.

    Great templates, clipart and icon’s to use for mostly Powerpoint, however there are some Word, and Excel templates mixed in there. I have already used a few of these one pagers in client presentation decks and it has already paid for it’s self. The integration into office products works great. A five rating would be given we cold get on-going updates.

    I am always put back at the top of the list of items when I right-click and “add to favorites” which is extremely annoying since I have to find my place again everytime. Other than that, it’s a fantastic app and you get frequent updates and new additions. I definitely recommend it despite the bug. I’ll update to five stars once the bug is fixed (and I notice it).

  • Disappointing for a Jumsoft product

    OK, I’m not the brightest candle on the birthday cake, but I’ve been fiddling and futzing around with one of the Magazine templates and it just does NOT WORK. The font is cut off at the top of the text box and there seems to be NO WAY to fix it. I can’t even put in a line break above the text to get it to work. I guess that’s the difference between Pages (which Jumsoft seems to have expertise in Apple software) and Office (which just doesn’t like working for anyone). I see this is a pretty new product and the issues may not be the Jumsoft software but I think I’d have given up this market if I coudln’t make the product work as well as in Pages. Just my two cents. Live and learn - I’m out $40. No wait…I’m not…I think I can get a refund from Apple!

    The app provides 15 kinds of templates, in particular, I often use the PowerPoint and Excel, which provides a fine template and the material for me to use. Now I just need to make a simple change according to their own needs, will be able to design exquisite office documents. Too useful.

    The name is misleading. its not a tooblox - its a store to purchase templates at a rediculously high price. When I tried to close the program it would not close (even the drop down menu’s “quit program” was not clickable). When I tried to restart the computer it could not because Toolbox would not shut down so the only option was a hard shutdown.
