This is the only app that gets worse with every update. It gets slower, updates don’t refresh when you refresh it. You literally have to close the app and reopen it. How can an app made by a multi billion dollar company get so many updates yet be so bad. Literally the app will not even let you turn off ads unless you do it multiple times. I truly believe it is intentionally created to be deceptive and make you spend more money because you never see accurate numbers and it doesn’t functional properly.

Useless

The site has stolen on $1000.00 from my account and will not refund me my money. They acknowledge the account was heck but is continuing to let the site stay open. They will not close it.

Years ago, this app used to work. Now it’s in a feedback loop of errors while I try and login. Have no problem with other Meta apps, just this one. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Tried signing in, changing passwords, different emails, nothing works.

I’m so irritated with this app. It’s trash. You can’t build a campaign on it: 1. Doesn’t let you choose which photo to use from camera roll, always crashes. 2. You can save a campaign but then later a different advertiser in your account will be showing, along with a random picture from another business. Today I built a campaign using it. I have ten different brands, it didn’t save and chose a random advertiser and completely different creative for another business. I.e it was like Nike advertising Reebok using apples images.

worst experience from a meta product so far. absolutely horrendous performance, nothing loads, only works in portrait mode…. completely trash. would give negative stars if i could…….

App tells me to add funds to resume ads, I do then then it tells me I have no funds!!!! My account is locked but no one from customer service fixes my case. My only option is to sue META because I have funds that I can’t even use! The app tells me all sorts of conflicting information that will certainly raise eyebrows from regulators. Definitely reducing my ad spend on meta solely due to how horrible their customer service is.
