No profiles for family members. Subtitles and Audio are extremely limited. Usually English only and. It even hearing impaired options

Please do not download or subscribe to this. They raise the price and charge your credit card. You cannot easily unsubscribe from them. No matter what they say, they do make it nearly impossible to stop these charges to your account. They are a nightmare!

I’ve been trying to the last hour! To make an account on this app and it’s been saying “need valid email” like I haven’t typed several different ones in the box. I can’t even open a ticket and ask for help because I don’t have an account. Because it won’t allow me to use ANY email.

Please add multiple profiles. As of right now there’s only one profile so if you use with your family, it’s all shared on one page. Makes it difficult to continue watching what you were watching and your watchlist gets to be too much with more than 1 person. Also on the homepage of the app on the Apple TV, please make it so that it saves your place on the page. For example if you click on a show to find out more info about it, then when you click the back button to go back to the homepage, it jumps you to the top of the page. So you need to scroll back down the page and find where you were before. Very frustrating. But still has great content, would be nice if they added more shows on a more regular basis.

We have such a backlog of shows to watch here that makes us laugh at how uninterested we are at the offerings of Netflix and Hulu and others. This is well worth it and so much better!

Great content, casting to TV doesn’t work

Won’t start playing next episode even though I have it set to that. Stops after every episode. Have to manually press play again.

You ever find a streaming service that seems perfect? Then discover it's bundled with another that looks decent so why not pay for the two. That was me with Nebula, and I only got this because it was a few dollars more for a full year. No email, no notification, I'm charged $70 for just curiositystream, a service I've still never used, and have my Nebula access revoked! What a lovely thing to wake up to for the holidays- not, I've reached out to support who claim they're fast and will get back to me in 24 hours. They've passed, and no response. Save yourself the headache and money, don't sign up for this service that will overcharge you double what you paid for two whole streaming service the year before.

I love CuriosityStream, but their apps for Apple are of piss poor design and functionality. At least half of the common functions used in other media streaming apps aren’t in their Apple apps.
