This is the best tennis app I ever used and never thought these features would be possible. I love how quickly the videos of you will process and it gets cut down to only your serves when practicing. And you can skip ahead by double tapping the video, slow down, zoom in to analyze your serves etc. This is the bed app ever!
  • SwingVision Review – Transforming Player Development at SRQ Tennis

SwingVision has completely changed the game for both my coaching and the experience I’m able to provide to my students. As a USPTA Elite Certified Pro running a high-volume junior program, I’m always looking for tools that give my players a competitive edge while also helping me coach more effectively — SwingVision delivers on both fronts. For My Students: SwingVision allows players to visually review their strokes, technique, and match play with real-time stats and video. It’s one thing for a coach to say “you’re dropping your elbow,” but a whole different level of learning when the player sees it for themselves. It reinforces key concepts, makes progress measurable, and helps players take ownership of their development. Whether it’s stroke analysis, serve percentages, or rally length, the data builds both awareness and confidence. For My Business: From a coaching business perspective, SwingVision adds major value. I can share customized video sessions with parents, highlight progress, and keep everyone in the loop with data-driven reports. It’s also a strong selling point for new clients — especially high-performance families who value advanced training tools. The ability to run recording sessions during match play and training has streamlined my feedback process and saved me hours of manual analysis. SwingVision gives my program a professional edge while staying accessible for players at all levels. I consider it an essential part of the development pathway at SRQ Tennis.

I downloaded this app a couple months ago. Did the free trial but cancel before my 30 days. I was still deciding if it was worth the purchase. This morning I open the app, still signed, in and another FREE 30 day trial was available. I clicked try free for 30 days again hoping I would be allowed to try it again for 30 days but instead the free trial (which I clicked) turned into $180 being taken out of my account immediately. It a great app but o wasn’t ready for the $180 charge for a year subscription. Highly disappointed in the dev team.
  • Right idea, needs more development

Capturing video of pickleball game play needs more development but the app can provide some insightful stats. The line technology is off, and it is spotty on measuring speed. The app does not measure RPMs of the pickleball, which is a necessary metric for this sport. If you don’t need stats, use your iPhone or GoPro, but if you do need minimal stats, percentage in, it’s okay, but not 100% accurate. I use the Swing Stick as high as I can get it, hanging on the back fence, and that gives the best metrics. Anything lower than that gives spotty metrics.
  • App cannot clear its storage after processing

SwingVision, an app where you upload a 10 GB file, process it, offload it, and then ask yourself why it’s storing 20 GB of data with no way to delete its cache except to uninstall and reinstall. (And yes, that’s what their tech support told me to do. I pay for Pro and that’s what they told me to do.) Update: SwingVision continues to do nothing about its bugs. Dumpster fire of an app.

  • Love this app

I love this app! The swing stick is well designed and easy to adjust, so I can set up my phone to record a match very quickly (usually just a few seconds). The video quality is amazing, and the shot statistics are motivating me to work on particular parts of my game. The option to check line calls during a match works very well, and it is fun to favorite particular points during a match for immediate sharing afterwards if desired.
  • Speed tracking is a joke

The speed tracking on this app is worthless. This app will make you a worse player because you will look at the numbers as though they indicate which of your shots are the best. But two identical shots can give you wildly different results.

I am a PTR certified tennis pro and have two boys that will both be playing in college next year - one is going to be a first year player and the other a senior. I purchased Swingvision so I could closely monitor their technique and improve their games as well as my other students. The video is immensely helpful as I can slow down each stroke and review them frame by frame. We have film sessions after practice to see what is going right and what needs to be changed. Seeing themselves on video has sped up the learning process and their levels have gone up consistently. The last couple of weeks I have made tweaks to one of my son's first serve and it added 7 mph to it. I also like seeing the depth of shots during rallies. I use a fence mount that is pretty effective. I highly recommend this app if you have a competitive player that really wants to improve - a top high school, college or even a pro player.
  • Good, but not up to the expectations

It’s a helpful tool and it makes it very efficient to review your matches on video, but the AI processing is not accurate enough. It does not track the ball accurately often enough. If you try to edit to make it more accurate, you usually end up screwing the entire footage. I will not be renewing my subscription.
