    I’ve been working with soundtrap for 3-4 years now. It seems like everything I have currently worked on and saved has been “nulled” or erased. No traces of my hard work. I’ve paid for sound trap’s subscriptions as well, but the app and other forms of use have been bugging out way too much. If this doesn’t get fixed, I’m going to have no choice but to find another platform to use. No more promoting soundtrap! 😪

    Every five minutes I have restart the app because everything just stops working. I can’t even leave the app for one second without it freezing.

    Tried subscribing on both my phone and iPad. “The charge goes through, but the plan doesn’t upgrade. When I try to switch it I get an “unexpected error”. So I can spend the money but don’t get any features outside of the free plan…

  • Purchased the 20/month upgrade and don’t get my perks

    Just as the title says, I purchased the upgrade for $20 a month to have access to more loops and so on and I still don’t have access to those new loops or anything. I don’t know if the app is bugged or what not but this is absolutely ridiculous.

    I’ve used Soundtrap on google chrome on my old laptop, and it works great on there! I switched to iPad and downloaded the app, and I noticed a significant downgrade. The app is still great, but I’ve noticed some things don’t work as they should. Sometimes it won’t let you move tracks, or when the app closes, you can’t play your track or move anything, the app just freezes. I’ve also noticed you cannot split tracks or select them sometimes. Soundtrap is great, but the app could be so much better.

    This app is amazing and I have made some good beats in here but please fix the sound design. Some sounds I add just randomly stop working and I have to move around the sound too hear it again. It’s just really annoying I want it to be fixed. Otherwise it’s a great app
