  • Confounding, terrible layout

Why are the pages half-sized? Something’s missing. A page has one word of a sentence, then the next page starts a whole new sentence. The Table of Contents makes no sense. I read the numbers as chapters because they’re BEFORE the content references. Wondered why there are non-sequential chapters and where the missing text could be found. Finally figured the numbers must refer to pages. The layout is so unnecessarily confusing. I thought maybe my app was corrupt and wasted too much time trying to fix the perceived problem. All these issues created a negative impression before I even started to read the book. Seriously, they detract from my opinion of the book significantly. I wouldn’t be surprised if other potential readers weren’t entirely put off reading it for these very reasons.
