Loved this book so much!! Perfect amount of mystery and twists with a compelling plot.

I have just finished Risky Bargain, the last book, so far, in the series. The writing in this series is unique! Each story ties into the others. The characters are woven in seamlessly so you know how their life has progressed! The plot lines are so possible,but not so predictable! I am buying the next in the series even though it won’t be out for months. Maybe I can catch up on my sleep!

Risky Bargain is a thrilling, suspenseful story with plenty of action, adventure, and romance. It kept me riveted from the beginning to the end. It’s a fast-paced story with constant action, and never a dull moment! Barbara’s descriptive writing skillfully draws you into the action making you feel as if you are there. This is one of those books that you can’t put down until the last page is finished! I highly recommend this book. Risky Bargain is a great addition to Barbara Freethy’s FBI series!

Another top of the line, who-done-it by Barbara Freethy. This newest addition to the Off the Grid FBI series has taken its place as my second favorite, right behind the first book Perilous Trust. We meet Kat and Lucas, who find themselves embroiled in a vicious mystery. Excellent read, with the signature HEA. Don’t miss this one.

Wow, I totally blew off everything I had to do today as I just could not put this new Off the Grid book down. Risky Bargain was a fresh and fabulous book. The story line was unique and so intriguing with the mystery and romance that Barbara Freethy excels at. Lucas and Kat are both strong individuals. Lucas has walls he has built since his childhood just as Kat developed a thick skin and independence from her upbringing. If you want to get lost in a book this is the one to read!
