So much better than Secret of Secrets

Much more story telling than overwhelming facts about things people don’t care about
Very good but unrealistic.

A very exciting read with many twists and turns. The middle and ending were far too sensational and unrealistic to be realistic. Had that not been the case I would have rated the book *****.

A very dense book…it will take a couple of readings to understand all the details

Great story by Dab Brown, much different than his Robert Langdon series and topics. A splendid mixture of science, politics, secret government agencies and individuals who are trying very hard to do the right thing. Even tho published in 2001, has some uncanny similarities to 2024/2025 politics underway in Washington, DC. Highly recommended reading.
A fine tale

Brown delivers a spectacular thriller. This one will keep the town talking for a long time. I was floored as this tale unraveled. Is science valuable for pure discovery or is science valuable only if it breaks even.
Great Read

Excellent, fast paced novel. Very typical Dan Brown. I thought it got a little bit drawn out in the end. Overall, great book.
Deception Point delivers!

Quite the pulse-pounder (sometimes almost to the point of “The Perils of Pauline”) with precisely drawn characters, a tight script from beginning to end, and lots of thoughtful science, well-woven into the mix and essential to the plot.
