My all time favorite. I love how her depiction of sisterhood is still so completely relatable today.

Though this book was different from what I usually read, I’m very glad that I can now say that I’ve read it. Louisa May Alcott did a great job telling Meg, Jo, Beth, and Amy’s stories, while also giving equal value to all of their aspirations regardless of how much they differ from one another’s. More men should consider reading this.

Much deeper than the movie, Alcott portrays struggles of Jo and family as they rely on God in Civil War times. Great character development!

These stories never grow old! Readers will find something for every taste in the adventures of 4 sisters ❤️

Absolutely beautiful book, it’s long, but it’s worth it, and every character gets time to develop. Everyone needs to read it!

I longed for a good book such as this one. To laugh and to weep. This book goes into my top 5 pile.

This book was so fun to read! Alcott is absolutely amazing! I loved following the adventures of the Marches and friends! 10/10 recommend!!!

First time reading this and it’s incredible how many lessons are incorporated into this story.

While a tad too long, I enjoyed this book. I saw aspects of myself in nearly every character and resolved to be more like each of them as the chapters rolled on.
