    I really don’t like this book. It was sad but hard to read. And not because it’s sad. Because it takes forever to make it to the climax. I guess recommend.

    This book is incredibly foolish, and seems to have no point whatsoever. The author writes well, and I’d have to be blind not to see that- but the story is absolutely foolish, and a waste of my time! It’s far from an adventure book, and simply speaks, really, of a dog’s transitioning to a wolf. It’s unrealistic to the extreme; Buck wasn’t a wolf, and theretofore, he wouldn’t be able to kill a bear or anything! Pointless, pointless read- perhaps reading too much Dickens has spoiled me to the extreme, making me to expect good stories
