The first of two rhyming dog histories, Bella Fire Dog, is about how Bella's dream of being a fire dog is realized. Coach Dog Dick tells how Dick connects with his coach dog forbears. The third rhyming story, Nightmare Winnie, is a horse fantasy about what happens when Winnie's dream takes flight.
