    The first in this story was hit or miss at reading, especially since the title did not match the way of it as it was purely from Marie’s side of things and mafia was not actually used in a way that one was actually. The second book had a better flow, and this third one was great to bring it all together. To be honest, I feel like the three together would’ve done well as one larger book, especially as the first alone is odd. I hope that it will be possible to purchase all three as a bundle in the future so you can keep reading the same at once.     MMC/FMC- Matteo and Marie POV- 3rd person Genre- Mafia Romance Heat level- Yea, verily, the things shall be done and the parts shall be named Series? Y Safety: No Cheating, No S. Violence, No Cliffhanger HEA/HFN? HFN Triggers- Language, Violence, Explicit Erotic Content, Health Issues Tropes- Mystery Illness, It’s Not In My Contract, Love On The Run, Do-Si-Do With The Mafioso, Dysfunctional Family FTW, In-Laws From Hello, Bittersweet, Evil Stepmonster What I Liked- The love is strong with this pair. And Marie makes some great friends. Plus, hot zexytime. What I didn’t- too bittersweet for my tastes. Verdict- realistic in that not everything ends in a neat bow.
