unmatched fun.

There were so many holes in the plot it took forever for Joe to write through or around them. Less is sometimes more, ya know? I really tried to like this book, but in the end, I’m glad it was The End.

Very difficult to put this book down. Were there things that made me sad? Sure, but telling would mean spoilers. Surprising twists kept me involved for hours at a time.

Great book. Intricate and well written. Nice homages to his father’s works, but he doesn’t need them… his writing, style, and structure is singular and defining. Stands right with NOS4A2 as his best.
