In his first leading role and being number one on the call sheet, Trey Songz’s character portrayal in the movie was very captivating and impressive. The synopsis of the story was unpredictable, so it kept me second guessing on what was going to happen next. Trey’s ability to step into character and separate himself from the r&b singer that he is was well played. I look forward to seeing Trey play more distinctive roles as he emerges as an actor.
