I thoroughly enjoyed Golda—such an insightful movie. Helen did a tremendous job! Side note, what’s with the handful of antisemitic reviews that have nothing to do with the movie? Apple needs to get it together on their moderation front. Very disappointing.

This was a wonderful film, great performance by Mirren and the rest of cast.

This is a great historical movie that makes reference to the events surrounding the experience of Prime Minister Golda Meir during the events of the Yom Kipur war. Important for parents and kids to watch it, it helps to keep true history alive and remind us of the atrocities the nation of Israel has suffered through time.

Considering the limited time, you have in a movie to depict everything that happened during that conflict, I feel it was very well laid out.

Love Golda Meir! This movie did a great job depicting a true legend. A real treat for anyone who knows what an incredible woman Golda Meir was.

Many of the reviews of the film have nothing to do with the film just the usual anti Israel rants. they hate Israel so much I don’t believe they even watched it

I expected a drama about political decision making during crisis, like “Thirteen Days” or “Their Finest Hour,” but this was more a series of vignettes that didn’t build to a crescendo. I didn’t get an understanding of Meier’s influence on the outcomes of the crisis, other that a scene near the end where she insisted on certain conditions prior to a cease-fire with Egypt. Overall, a missed opportunity.

Yes, another propaganda film. It’s been long overdue.

Another pro Israeli propaganda by the people who own our government and Hollywood. A total fabrication of a war by country founded by lies and America’s war crime machine, the Industrial war complex.
